Responsibilities
Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using external salary surveys and internal pay data
Prepare and recommend salary ranges, pay actions, and leveling decisions
Review and advise on offers, promotions, and compensation adjustments
Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure pay alignment and accuracy
Support annual merit and incentive cycles , including data validation and reporting
Test and maintain compensation configurations and reports within Workday
Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with job architecture and governance standards
Analyze compensation trends including pay positioning, compa-ratios, and market competitiveness
Support pay transparency compliance, audits, and data integrity initiatives
Identify risks and recommend process improvements to enhance controls and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards (corporate environment)
Strong knowledge of market pricing, job evaluation, pay structures, and governance
Experience supporting merit and incentive compensation cycles
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
Hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS
Ability to communicate compensation concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience partnering with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition
Preferred
Familiarity with STI/LTI programs is a plus
Experience in a regulated or complex environment preferred
CCP certification or progress toward certification is a plus
