Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety procedures
Monitor and improve production yield rates in line with company targets
Audit, maintain, and enhance manufacturing processes, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
Develop, qualify, and industrialize new products, processes, and equipment following internal standards and procedures
Define and measure manufacturing capabilities and capacities to support planning and scheduling teams
Support industrialization plans in alignment with Quality Assurance standards
Investigate customer complaints in collaboration with QA, Production, and Customer Service teams
Lead small projects or teams focused on process improvement, problem solving, or qualification activities
Report project status and results to management through written reports and presentations

Required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or chemical engineering
Solid understanding of manufacturing engineering principles and process qualification
Experience with new product development and introduction in a manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving skills using methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma, or QRQC
Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables
