Global IT Solutions, Inc is seeking an experienced Salesforce OmniStudio Technical Architect with strong expertise in Vlocity / OmniStudio and Public Sector Foundation to design, develop, and lead Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in building Salesforce applications and integrating Salesforce with external systems.

Required

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Developer
2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Vlocity / OmniStudio
6–12 months of experience with OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation components

5+ years of experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex
5+ years of experience with Visualforce
5+ years of experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, BULK)
5+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration (Workflows, Validation Rules, Roles & Profiles, Reports, Dashboards)
Proven experience building Salesforce Lightning applications and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong experience in data migration and designing new solutions on the OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs
Ability to troubleshoot, mentor, and guide teams on OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation solutions
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline
