Educating leaders and employees on principles and standards of respect, professionalism, protected class and belonging
Leading or providing support to investigations into employee relations matters, protected class, professionalism, harassment or abuse allegations
Promoting the enterprise’s standards for respect through development and delivery of training and education programs
Seeking to understand, document and remediate employee relations matters and inquiries, fostering a more respectful workplace and mitigating organizational risk

Qualification

Human Resources experienceWorkplace investigationsEEO lawsMaster’s DegreeManaging organizational dynamics

Required

Bachelor's Degree
5 years of Human Resources, Legal or Compliance, or other related field
Familiarity with federal, state and local protected class designations and law/guidance pertaining to Equal Employment Opportunity

Preferred

Master's Degree or other Advanced Degree
Experience managing complex organizational dynamics
Experience conducting workplace investigations
