Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage a constantly changing daily schedule, including morning routines and wellness rituals
Book and manage personal services, appointments, pet grooming, and veterinary care
Run errands, source personal items, meals, clothing, and last-minute needs
Handle returns, exchanges, shipping, and package distribution
Conduct inventory management of wardrobe and organize closet
Pack suitcases, travel bags, and purses with precision and foresight
Coordinate travel arrangements (hotels, ground transportation, restaurant reservations, etc.)
Calendar management and distribution of daily schedule
Receive and respond to fan mail
Prepare documents and presentation materials
Troubleshoot low level technical issues for Apple products
Track personal expenses, invoices and payments with accuracy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a PA/EA for celebrities, musicians, or other high networth clients
Impeccable attention to detail and strong organizational systems
Proactive - operates several steps ahead, turning potential issues into nonissues
Strong emotional intelligence - navigates challenges calmly with confident judgment
Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with utmost discretion
Experience with Google Suite, Zoom, AI, and scheduling tools/software
Excellent written and verbal communication
Frequent travel is required (50%)
Available to work a flexible, ever-changing schedule with irregular hours
Comfortable with hands-on responsibilities, including pet care
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Constant movement with prolonged standing and walking
Preferred
Knowledge of fashion, beauty, and cultural trends is a plus
