Mid LevelDose Steelworks, a growing trailer and equipment manufacturing company, is looking to hire a Quality Assurance Finish Lead on the Powder Coat Paint Line. The primary role for this position will lead to all the paint/finish aspects of steel parts, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities
Lead all powder coat and finish operations and team to ensure a safe, consistent, high-quality output
Demonstrate a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow, and production efficiency
Own finish quality standards and ensure parts meet specifications before moving downstream
Maintain and oversee powder coat equipment and finish area processes
Identify issues, solve problems, and improve processes to reduce defects and rework
Champion a safety-first culture on the production floor
Ensure strict adherence to all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and regulatory standards (training provided)
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant paint area at all times
Work closely with manufacturing leaders to align schedules and production priorities
Ensure materials, supplies, and resources are available to meet production needs
Qualification
Required
Ability to lift 50lbs
Strong attention to detail
Ability to be forklift certified
Pass preemployment drug screen and respirator physical is required
Preferred
Manufacturing experience (manufacturing with powder coat paint highly preferred)
