Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of software developers and product engineers supporting global cloud operations
Attract, hire, onboard, coach, and inspire your team to achieve best-in-class results
Define and oversee the end-to-end architecture, development, and deployment of production software applications
Serve as a key interface with internal engineering, manufacturing, quality teams, and external customers
Drive continuous improvement across key operational metrics and organizational goals
Provide technical direction on design and development activities for new equipment products and processes

Required

BS degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MS preferred
10+ years of software development/test experience with enterprise server, storage, or networking products
3+ years of direct people management experience, including leading remote and geographically dispersed teams
Strong knowledge of professional software engineering practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and SDLC
Expertise in programming/scripting languages like Python and BASH; Java is a plus
Experience with Linux, container/virtualization environments (VMware, Docker), and large-scale distributed systems
