Responsibilities
Oversee firm-wide financial health, including P&L management, budgeting, and accurate fee billing
Lead the internal recruitment and onboarding process to ensure new hires are trained for high productivity
Direct the annual compliance review process and coordinate with external consultants
Facilitate team meetings to track deadlines and ensure all client deliverables are met on schedule
Maintain a positive office culture while implementing new workflows and technology initiatives
Manage vendor relationships, bill payments, and the review of all firm marketing collateral
Qualification
Required
5+ years of operational leadership experience within a financial services or RIA environment
Proven ability to manage a team and drive office-wide goals
Strong technical background, specifically with Charles Schwab or similar custodial systems
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Expert-level communication skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
Advanced organizational skills with a focus on detail and analytical problem-solving
Preferred
CPA or CFP credentials are a significant plus
