Responsibilities

Design, scale, and optimize the end-to-end revenue engine across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Success
Own GTM systems, data, process, forecasting, and performance management
Create and implement high-quality reporting and insights to advise internal stakeholders for data-driven decisions
Partner closely with Sales, Enablement, Partnerships, and Finance to ensure alignment across strategy, execution, and measurement
Build scalable infrastructure for growth
Provide system support and answer team questions
Hold follow-up meetings with Sales, Marketing, CS to understand pain points
Drive projects through full lifecycle: requirements → build → test → launch → measure
Lead cross-functional initiatives requiring coordination across Sales, Marketing, CS
Contribute to quarterly planning and roadmap prioritization focusing on high-impact metrics: speed to lead, deal velocity, forecast accuracy

Required

6+ years of experience in Business/Sales/Revenue Operations with a track record of driving strategic decision-making with Sales, Marketing, CX, Enablement, and Partnerships
Drive automation to reduce manual work and improve speed-to-lead and pipeline hygiene
Designed and maintained lead-to-cash workflows including routing, scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle management
Administrator for the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, LeanData, etc.)
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in other Office tools, Google Suite, Salesforce and JIRA
Organized and excellent at managing competing priorities and complex projects
Experience working with large data sets, enterprise reporting and dashboards and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Mode and Looker
Applied experience in data visualization and producing meaningful metrics for business operations
Excellent analytical and systems-thinking approaches to problem solving, with a proven track record of matching team needs with actionable solutions
Focused on results, a self-starter, and have demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the understanding, growth, and success of products, teams and organizations
Effective communicator to various audiences and frequently collaborate with cross functional teams
Capacity to remain flexible, adept at learning new tools and independently problem solve at high velocity and confidence
