Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting the installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, and configuration guidelines

Support and maintenance of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services, Group Policy, DHCP, Site and Services, Users and Computers

Responsible for supporting the build, configuration, and maintenance of virtual compute environments using solutions like VMware vSphere and Horizon

Support software installations, upgrades, and patching to operating systems maintaining them in accordance with established policies, procedures, and service level agreements

Support routine hardware and software audits of workstations for compliance with established standards, policies, procedures, and configuration guidelines

Support networking configurations associated with a LAN-based server and workstation implementations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT Security or related field, and 0 - 2 years of prior related experience; In lieu of a degree, minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
