Responsibilities

Own and grow accounts: manage a book, expand share, and find smart new opportunities (without chasing junk business)
Quote fast + quote right: turn RFQs into clean, accurate quotes with clear scope, lead times, and alternates when needed
Sell engineered + MRO: motors (LV/MV), VFDs, industrial controls/automation, transformers/UPS, instrumentation, plus general MRO
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and collaborate with team members and customers
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills is advantageous

Required

3–5+ years in B2B sales (industrial distribution/manufacturing is a big plus)
Comfort quoting and selling technical products (motors/drives/controls/instrumentation = major points)
ERP experience (Prophet 21 is ideal) + strong Excel
Calm under pressure
A “finish the job” mindset—details matter here

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Prior experience in industrial or construction product sales is a plus
