Responsibilities
Planning and concept development, as well as the execution of print & digital media campaigns
Responsible for Radio and TV advertisements
Support stores in local Marketing events
Support stores with local store signage
Stay aware of changes and trends in retail marketing and the habits of industry leaders, as well as with competitors’ strengths, weaknesses, and strategies
Maintain excellent relationships with front-line and support-level staff members, customers, community, and vendors
Responsible for the communication of marketing plan to stores
Regularly request feedback from front-line staffers and field team
Maintain company communication dashboard
Monitoring corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including templates, tag lines, and logo usage
Oversee social media marketing platforms, websites, digital presence, and online reputation
Monitoring corporate communications plan and strategy for uniformity in message, including signage, templates, tag lines, and logo usage
Create and execute promotional campaigns across all media
Building of sale files and dynamic promotions associated with all promotional events
Planning and execution of monthly win-the-month marketing plans and assets including print ads, digital ads, in-store signage, etc
Analysis of results of marketing events and promotions (ROI)
Organize & support promotional events including pro shows, Grand and Re-Grand Openings
Responsible for Logo usage
Responsible for MIP
Maintain Dynamic promotions
Responsible for how we present our company to the public via our media outlets
Responsible for Listening to and responding to store input
Additional responsibilities as needed
Qualification
Required
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Eagle Browser System
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
Excellent organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail
Must be flexible enough to hit critical/varied deadlines
