Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Design, or a related field
3-5+ years of proven experience in a Creative Services Project Management, Traffic Management, or similar operational role within a fast-paced creative department, agency, or marketing environment
Demonstrated experience managing projects involving diverse creative disciplines, including graphic design, animation, motion graphics, video production, and digital media. Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows is a significant plus
Exceptional organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Strong proficiency in industry-standard project management and workflow software (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Trello); Wrike experience is highly preferred
A willingness to adapt to new technologies is essential
