Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Private Bank fiduciary and trust teams
Process IRA money movement and tax-related transactions
Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation
Handle routine administrative tasks such as:
File retrieval and document imaging
Phone and email communication
Preparing routine letters and reports
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, compliance, operations, tax, etc.) and external partners (attorneys, CPAs, vendors)
Support smaller or less complex client situations
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries when needed
Qualification
Required
Experience in administrative support, preferably in a banking or financial services environment
Knowledge of Trusteed Individual Retirement Account (TIRA) operations
Ability to process IRA money movement and tax-related transactions
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Proficiency in routine administrative tasks such as file retrieval, document imaging, and preparing letters and reports
