Responsibilities
Prepare and manage international shipping documentation, including customs declarations, packing lists, and commercial invoices
Coordinate domestic and international shipments and track cargo in transit
Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders and carriers
Resolve shipment delays related to customs, documentation, or transportation issues
Work closely with U.S. Customs to ensure correct classification, valuation, licensing, and country of origin
Analyze freight forwarder performance and transportation costs to identify cost-effective solutions
Produce logistics and customs reports for management
Support day-to-day logistics operations and the Logistics Supervisor as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain
Working knowledge of international trade and transportation processes
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Preferred
Previous operations or supply chain experience
