Bankers Financial Corporation is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support the Client Experience team in delivering exemplary customer service. The role involves assisting with employment-related data, client training, and fostering positive client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Assist Client Experience Specialist or Account Manager in providing employment-related data and preparing required reports for clients in a timely manner

Assists with client training on organization software

Utilization of workflow tracking tools

Gain thorough knowledge of the client’s business model, pay practices, and service needs

Communicate with clients on an as-needed basis to understand their needs and desired outcomes

Develop and foster positive relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Provide webinars and demonstrations of software and technology capabilities

Report and spreadsheet generation

Required

High School diploma or equivalent

Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills. Employee must be comfortable speaking either on the phone, via Zoom, or in-person with clients

Experience in the PEO industry is a plus
