In this role, you will provide functional support for the Oracle Analytics platform, develop financial and operational reports, and deliver insights that drive business decisions.

Responsibilities
Develop dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics tools and techniques
Support end-users by meeting their reporting needs, resolving issues and being an Oracle Analytics champion
Define requirements, translate them into system specifications, and deliver Oracle BI Analysis, Data Visualization and Publisher reports
Identify data sources, analyze data, and build data models in a relational database structure
Validate data and reports to ensure accuracy before migrating to production
Test processes and reports during system upgrades and enhancements
Qualification
Required
Nine or more years of experience in BI reporting, business systems analysis, developing and documenting business requirements, functional system support, and serving as a liaison to business partners & IT or other relevant experience
A degree(s) in computer science, information systems, business, data analytics, finance, accounting, or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience
Strong experience with Business Intelligence reporting systems, especially Oracle Analytics solutions (OBIEE, OAS, OAC, APEX)
Proficient in SQL and data visualization/storytelling
Skilled in business systems analysis, data validation, and quality control
Familiar with financial systems (PeopleSoft, SAP, EBS) and reporting practices
Experienced in developing, testing and implementing BI reporting within a data warehouse architecture
Functional knowledge of database modeling, ETL, and data warehousing
Understanding of AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics and how to apply them to reporting solutions
Effective communicator and team collaborator with ability to manage competing priorities
