Responsibilities

Design compelling visual assets for the website (homepage, collections, PDP graphics, banners), Email marketing campaigns, Social media (organic + paid), Digital ads and promotional materials and store event graphics
Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to concept and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand moments
Maintain and evolve Mixology’s visual identity across all digital channels
Utilize AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and output quality
Prepare and optimize assets for multiple platforms and formats
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Stay current on fashion, design trends, and emerging digital tools

Required

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field
2–4 years of professional graphic design experience in fashion
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Klaviyo
Experience designing for digital platforms (web, email, social, paid media)
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and openness to new creative technology
Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for branding and typography
Ability to take creative direction while also contributing original ideas
A portfolio showcasing digital-first, brand-aligned work
