Responsibilities
Overseeing daily IT operations to ensure system reliability, security, and efficiency
Administering and supporting Active Directory and Windows-based environments
Troubleshooting and supporting Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Citrix remote access, NetDocuments Document Management, Time Matters Case Management, SurePoint LMS Billing, PDK door access systems, DUO authentication, cellular phones, and related technologies
Managing vendors, service providers, software licensing, and technology upgrades
Identifying and recommending technology improvements to increase efficiency, security, and client service
Participating in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation as required
Occasional travel to other firm offices as needed
Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving office equipment weighing 20–50 pounds and sitting for extended periods of time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience is required
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing an IT department
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work outside of standard business hours when needed
