This internship involves planning and creating content for the Church’s digital channels for youth, focusing on engaging and inspiring designs that resonate with the audience.

Responsibilities
Planning and creating content for the Church’s digital channels for youth, including the Strive to Be Instagram and YouTube accounts
Creating in both youthful and inspiring ways to help youth tell their stories and delight the audience with fresh ideas
Demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking in creating engaging designs
Developing and executing a content plan
Filming youth and making short-form vertical videos and reels
Creating cover images and thumbnails
Qualification
Required
Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university or have finished a degree within a year of starting the internship
Sound understanding of Church doctrine and a love of the gospel of Jesus Christ
At least one year of video editing experience
The ability to think creatively
The ability to manage many projects and multiple deadlines simultaneously
A careful attention to detail and accuracy
Professionalism and the ability to work well with a variety of people
Preferred
Background or interest in content creation, social media marketing, videography, or motion graphics
Studying communications, advertising, design, social media marketing, or other related fields
