Responsibilities
Create accurate BIM drawings for HVAC, ductwork, plumbing, and piping systems that support prefabrication and field installation
Develop system layouts, detailed drawings, and spool sheets to support sheet metal and plumbing pipe shops
Coordinate mechanical and plumbing systems with building components to identify and resolve conflicts before installation
Maintain project BIM schedules and support on-time project delivery
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Construction Operations, Sales Engineers, and General Contractors
Follow established safety policies and contribute to a strong safety-first culture
Qualification
Required
Understanding of HVAC and piping systems
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred) and a willingness to learn Revit and BIM software
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
2+ years of sheet metal or plumbing field/shop experience is a plus—but we're willing to train the right person
Ability to visit job sites, climb stairs or ladders when needed
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification requirements
Reliable, punctual attendance
Ability to work 4 10-hour days (Mon-Thurs)
