2+ years expBosch Home Comfort USA is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their team in Wichita, Kansas. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing HR data to support decision making and improve HR processes, while collaborating with various internal groups.

Responsibilities
Build dashboards and reports using HRIS (Workday, moving to SAP), Excel, Power BI or similar tools. Support workforce planning and forecasting to support business needs
Using data, identify internal workforce trends and recommend improvements to HR processes
Coordinate with HRIS center of excellence to ensure data integrity; conduct data audits
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance and other internal groups
Support the HR team with performance management processes and employee relations
Assist in preparing presentations and data driven insights for leadership decision-making
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of HR, data analysis or business analytics
Experience in HRIS (Workday and SAP); Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint), advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Understanding of employment laws and regulations
Preferred
Designs and develops critical employee dashboards, aligned with business requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills, bi-lingual strongly preferred (Spanish, Vietnamese or Swahili)
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
