Responsibilities

Lead technical direction: guide architecture, code reviews, and AI-powered workflows across front-end and back-end projects
Accelerate delivery: integrate tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Tabnine, Sourcegraph Cody, Anthropic Code, Databricks Assistant, Snowflake Copilot, and more to refactor, test, and build faster/reliably
Champion AI adoption: promote secure, ethical use while streamlining projects and improving code maintainability
Run the team smoothly: assign tasks, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with firm standards and best practices
Own full SDLC: from requirements through design, implementation, QA, deployment, and maintenance

Required

3+ years leading dev teams + 5+ years building modern web apps/services
Proven hands-on use of AI coding assistants in professional workflows
Strong full-stack skills: .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API), Angular 16+, REST/JSON, SQL Server 2019+ (advanced queries, performance), Entity Framework/Dapper/LINQ, Kubernetes for cloud-native apps, full-text search (Solr/Elasticsearch), responsive/mobile web (jQuery Mobile), scripting (PowerShell/Python)
Agile experience (Azure DevOps a plus), ownership mindset, excellent communication, and eagerness to stay ahead in AI/automation

Preferred

SharePoint Online, AI UI/UX tools (e.g., UXPilot/Figma), enterprise AI integration
