Responsibilities
Support the development of new products and processes under the leadership of senior engineering staff
Contribute to the mechanical design of prototype, pre-commercial, and commercial products
Assist with product development initiatives focused on quality, reliability, and manufacturability
Apply design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles to industrial machinery components
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary engineering team
Develop technical skills and contribute meaningfully to projects from concept through completion
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited)
Entry-level to early-career mechanical design experience (internships, co-ops, or academic projects acceptable)
Working knowledge of SolidWorks and CAD-based mechanical design
Strong mechanical fundamentals with an interest in machine and product design
Demonstrated work ethic, motivation, and willingness to learn in a team-based environment
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred
Motivated early-career engineer seeking hands-on experience
Strong aptitude for mechanical and machine design
Comfortable receiving feedback and building technical depth
