Responsibilities
Transform data into dollars by building comprehensive KPI tracking systems, analyzing wins and losses, monitoring client retention, and identifying the growth levers that matter most
Create systems so powerful they are invisible. Design living playbooks for every function—listings, client onboarding, post-closing, follow-up, and team accountability
Elevate everyone around you by driving strategic team syncs, tracking performance metrics, and building a culture where excellence is the standard
You will become an indispensable partner by managing high-level calendar strategy, coordinating complex travel, and handling executive-level administrative needs to ensure every moment is optimized for maximum impact
Master the tools that matter, from CRM platforms to business trackers. You’ll ensure every deal, contact, and opportunity is tracked, measured, and optimized for maximum results
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years in operations or administration roles reporting to C-Suite executives
Proven Results: You have already built and scaled teams or businesses
Self-Direction & Strategic Thinking: You thrive in an unstructured environment and excel at creating order, systems, and measurable outcomes without micromanagement
Operational Intelligence: You see five steps ahead and fix problems before others notice them
Executive Presence: You are humble, smart, and adaptable, and can sit in on meetings with NYC's elite without flinching
