Responsibilities
Clean and maintain the pool deck throughout the shift, including straightening furniture, wiping tables, sweeping, restocking towels, and emptying trash
Clean and maintain restrooms, including replenishing supplies, sweeping, and disinfecting surfaces
Enforce all pool rules and safety procedures
Provide friendly and professional customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Handle cash transactions and operate the pool desk micros and hotel PMS
Sell sundries at the towel desk
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous cash handling and customer service experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service
Ability to stand, walk, twist, and lift
Ability to work in indoor and outdoor settings
Ability to perform mental and visual tasks accurately
