The role involves analyzing upcoming releases and system upgrades, determining impacts, and collaborating with team members to find solutions.

Responsibilities
Look at upcoming LoanIQ upgrades and enhancements and determine how they may effect operations
Determine impacts and recommending adjustments
Supporting conversion from AFS to LoanIQ and upcoming release schedule
Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
Liaison with high level leadership as needed
Qualification
Required
Extensive systems knowledge of the LoanIQ
Need to understand the innerworkings of Loan IQ
Understanding how upgrades will affect operations
Operations experience in LoanIQ
Strong understanding of how teams build and maintain loans to support operations users
Understanding of bilateral loans (Single bank to customer loans)
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Preferred
Experience with Automated Financial Systems (AFS) system
