Responsibilities
Provide leadership, oversight, direction, and test case reviews to other QA engineers on an Agile Release Train
Define and execute test strategies aligned to Stories and Features
Support backlog refinement with testable acceptance criteria
Participate in PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt
Own defect tracking, validation evidence, and release readiness
Subject Matter Expert for testing automation within the team
Provide input on resourcing to reduce bottlenecks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years QA experience
Tricentis Tosca AS1 & AS2 certification required
Candidate must possess current Tricentis Tosca Fundamentals − Automating web application testing (AS1 - Formerly called Automation Specialist Level 1) & Tricentis Tosca Fundamentals − Optimizing test automation with centralized test data (AS2 – Formerly called Automation Specialist Level 2) certifications
Strong analysis skills with ability to identify and document test plans, defects, and results
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent root cause analysis skills & problem-solving skills

Effectively organizes tasks, manages multiple priorities/details, and meets tight deadlines
