Responsibilities

TIME MANAGEMENT: Ability to plan and efficiently schedule appointments and manage personal time to assure maximum productivity
ACCOUNT EXPANSION: Able to increase existing Customer maintenance coverage and/or other services
RELATIONS: Build rapport and productive working relationships with prospects, Customers, vendors, and other outside agents. Represent the company in a professional, positive, honest, and ethical manner at all times
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience selling service agreements, preferably in the electrical industry

Required

Able to qualify prospects, make effective sales presentations, answer questions and objections in an effective and responsible manner
Aggressively manages proposals to close sales
Able to identify prospects in assigned market
Promptly follow up on leads and referrals
Establish Customer rapport and identify needs
Maintain an active backlog of quotes to assure that the booking goal is consistently met
Promptly address Customer concerns to assure resolution and maintain long-term positive relationships
Keep in mind that the Customer's satisfaction is utmost in importance; and positive communication is key to this goal
Understand the prospect's organization and decision-making process
Anticipate and answer objections
Commit the prospect to a decision-making timetable
Ability to plan and efficiently schedule appointments and manage personal time to assure maximum productivity
Able to increase existing Customer maintenance coverage and/or other services
Build rapport and productive working relationships with prospects, Customers, vendors, and other outside agents
Represent the company in a professional, positive, honest, and ethical manner at all times
Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience selling service agreements, preferably in the electrical industry
