Responsibilities
Set the strategic direction for client delivery, operational execution, and reporting functions in alignment with firm growth
Partner with executive leadership on scalability, operational risk, technology investment, and data modernization
Lead and develop multi-functional teams across operations, reporting, analytics, and client service
Establish strong governance, controls, and operating discipline across the organization
Own the full client delivery lifecycle, including onboarding, reporting, and ongoing operational support
Serve as an escalation point for complex client needs tied to reporting, analytics, or operational execution
Ensure consistent, high-quality service across institutional mandates
Oversee quarterly reporting deliverables, ad hoc analyses, and client meeting materials
Provide oversight of investment reporting, performance measurement, attribution, exposure, and risk analytics
Ensure integrity and consistency of reporting across customized portfolios and pooled structures
Translate complex analytical outputs into actionable insights for investment teams and clients
Partner with internal technology teams to enhance enterprise data infrastructure and reporting platforms
Lead operational functions across public and private market activities, including reconciliations, capital activity, and custodian relationships
Maintain strong oversight of external service providers and operational partners
Implement internal controls to mitigate risk and support compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in investment operations, reporting, analytics, or data management
Background within an OCIO, institutional asset manager, fund administrator, or investment advisory environment
Proven ability to lead and scale multi-disciplinary teams
Deep understanding of institutional performance reporting and investment data workflows
Strong systems orientation across portfolio management, reporting, and analytics platforms
Executive-level communication skills and ability to influence across stakeholders
