This role focuses on program leadership, coordination, and execution across multiple sites and workstreams in a regulated life sciences environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a complex, multi-workstream global program
Drive integrated schedules across projects, capabilities, and stakeholders
Consolidate timelines, milestones, risks, and status from workstream leads
Coordinate business-side execution across global manufacturing sites
Establish structure, governance, and clear communication in a fast-moving environment
Partner with business stakeholders across Process Development, Manufacturing, Operations, and Engineering
Identify dependencies, risks, and issues; drive resolution and escalation
Provide clear reporting and insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
Senior-level Project or Program Manager (not a junior or task-based PM)
10+ years of experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs
Strong business-facing stakeholder management and communication skills
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structure in complex programs
Experience coordinating, not delivering, technical or IT work
Familiarity with common project management tools (Excel, MS Project, or similar)
Preferred
Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or regulated environments preferred
