Responsibilities
Assist in the design and implementation of compliance programs tailored to client needs
Help maintain documentation and records related to compliance activities
Research regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to oil and gas operations
Analyze compliance data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
Participate in risk assessment activities to identify compliance risks for clients
Support the development of strategies to mitigate identified risks
Help prepare training materials and presentations for client staff on compliance-related topics
Assist in organizing and delivering training sessions to promote a culture of compliance
Support the monitoring of compliance with regulations and policies
Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation for clients
Work closely with senior compliance staff and others to deliver high-quality services to clients
Participate in client meetings and audits as needed
Qualification
Required
Understanding of oil and gas industry regulations and compliance best practices
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Some experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field is preferred
Strong commitment to learning and professional development
Preferred
Familiarity with compliance software and tools
Basic understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations specific to the oil and gas industry
Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles
Previous experience supporting oil and gas field services
