Responsibilities

Support the business in operational activities on key proprietary software

Cross-reference data from different sources to identify inconsistencies and errors

Use Microsoft Excel for analysis, checks, and reporting

Analyze and query relational databases (preferably SQL Server)

Effectively communicate client needs to the IT department

Support the IT infrastructure with configuration and problem-solving activities

Strong problem-solving skills

Critical approach to data analysis

Attention to detail and ability to identify errors and anomalies

Good communication skills, both with business users and tech teams

Fluent English (both verbal and written)

Preferred

Basic knowledge of C# (desirable but not required)

Basic knowledge of Italian is considered a plus
