Lead & elevate the HR function for a rapidly growing North American operation
Lead the HR set up & service in the new North & South American markets
Partner with executive & global HR leadership to build best-in-class HR systems, policies, and programs
Lead & develop an HR team of 3-4, supporting a population of over 200 EEs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting luxury retail
Strong organizational and strategic planning capabilities
Proven success as a business partner with executive and operational teams
Hands-on experience in payroll, compliance, recruitment, safety, ER, and performance management
HRIS implementation and change management experience is highly valued
Occasional travel for store openings, regional meetings, and global HR collaboration
