Repair Technician
Fuse Technical Group, LLC is a leader in multi-media design and development technology for live events and installations. The Repair Technician I is an advanced level position focused on equipment testing, cleaning, programming, and troubleshooting technical issues within the audio-visual equipment warehouse.
Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed
Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems
Repairing - Repairing machines or systems using the needed tools
Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors
Continuous training on new products
All other tasks and duties as assigned

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to expand current knowledge base
Adhering to Standards
Inventory Organization
Technical Capabilities with audio visual equipment
Ability to direct productivity and manage employee expectations for a healthy work environment
Interest in Entertainment Production
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse background
Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills to work within a team
Willingness to work a demanding schedule that is dependent upon evolving client needs
Advanced technical knowledge with Audio-Visual Equipment
Management experience and ability to manage and train employees with different technical skill levels
