Responsibilities
Utilize BI tools (Power BI, Excel) to maintain data integrity within the CRM, identify business opportunities, and manage high-volume data entry for sales scans and internal databases
Oversee the end-to-end process for physical sample purchases, including managing shipping labels, locating order histories, and organizing receipts
Support the team by documenting new counterfeits through allocating purchases, and ensuring all divisions consistently meet monthly performance goals
Qualification
Required
Requires a Bachelor's degree (ideally in Business or Data Analytics)
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Strong analytical capabilities to manage projects independently
Ability to take initiative and maintain organized records while handling sensitive and confidential legal data
Ability to manage online procurement platforms
