Responsibilities
Generate interior architectural concepts for hospitality environments, including:
Furniture and equipment planning
Floor plan analysis and space planning
Materiality and visual design concepts
Integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical considerations
Support development of new or improved design approaches based on project needs
Produce drawings, presentations, and documentation aligned with project standards
Collaborate with senior-level designers on more complex, large-scale projects
Follow up with the construction team to maintain design intent
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design required
3-5 years of professional experience in interiors, ideally with commercial or hospitality project exposure
Strong space planning, material selection, and concept development skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary studio
Preferred
Interior design certification/licensure preferred, not required
Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency is a plus
