Responsibilities

Leverage SIGINT and non-SIGINT data sources to close discovery gaps, optimize client systems, and enhance client ability to pursue essential data
Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge
Develop or contribute solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of more junior employees

Required

15+ years of experience performing SIGINT analysis
Experience using SIGINT and all-source intelligence databases and resources
Experience with Intelligence Community SIGINT production organizations, data flow, and architecture
Experience interacting with IC partners
Knowledge of critical and emerging technologies
Knowledge of multiple telecommunications technologies
Ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
Ability to effectively interface with senior military officials, managers, and subordinates
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience writing long-form finished intelligence products
Experience researching foreign cellular communications infrastructure
Experience writing to ODNI ICD 203/206 analytic standards
Knowledge of C-IED threat capabilities and technologies
Knowledge of commercial wireless technologies, protocols, and DTMF
Possession of excellent communication skills
