Responsibilities

Create and update engineering drawings, prints, and 3D models in SolidWorks

Collaborate with the Project Management team and production teams to implement design changes and improvements

Support manufacturing by providing accurate technical documentation and specifications

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and quality standards

Troubleshoot design and process issues, recommending solutions to improve efficiency and performance

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies

Maintain organized records of design files, revisions, and project documentation

Lead and mentor a small team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure successful project outcomes
