Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day operational support for Active Directory and related identity platforms
Configure, manage, and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP
Execute patching, upgrades, and security hardening of AD infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service outages, and performance issues
Monitor AD health, replication, and domain controller performance
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks
Support user lifecycle management, access provisioning, and RBAC
Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and problem management activities
Qualification
Required
Experience - 9 + Years
Active Directory (AD) Admin/Operator to support day-to-day operations, configuration, patching, documentation, and incident management across enterprise environments
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining secure, stable, and highly available directory services
Perform day-to-day operational support for Active Directory and related identity platforms
Configure, manage, and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies (GPO), DNS, and DHCP
Execute patching, upgrades, and security hardening of AD infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service outages, and performance issues
