Junior Project Manager
Saicon is a company focused on operations and project management within the healthcare sector. They are seeking a Business Analyst II to support invoicing processes and enhance customer experience through process improvements.
Responsibilities
Lead efforts related to outstanding invoicing and collections processes
Conduct and facilitate weekly check-in meetings with Customer Success Managers to review invoice accuracy, payment status, and open action items
Monitor payment trends and track follow-ups to ensure timely resolution
Analyze existing processes, tools, and systems to identify inefficiencies and pain points impacting customers
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance end-to-end invoicing and collections workflows
Lead workstreams and customer-facing discussions to identify root cause issues and implement effective solutions
Document process flows, findings, and recommendations clearly for stakeholders
Ensure alignment between operational teams and customer-facing teams to improve overall customer experience
Qualification
Required
Experience in Program or Project Management
Strong background in Process Improvement and Business Analysis
Ability to lead cross-functional discussions and manage multiple workstreams
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience in Collections processes
Healthcare industry experience
Familiarity with enterprise systems and operational tools
