Responsibilities

Manage and improve key workflows that increase the velocity of payor launches
Dive into data to help us make smart decisions
Track and monitor the health of our payor launches
Collaborate across teams like Credentialing, Billing, Growth, Customer Support, and Technology to make sure our systems stay efficient, scalable, and patient-centered as we grow

Qualification

Revenue cycle experienceHealthcare operationsExcel proficiencyData analysisProject managementSQLAutomation toolsTeam collaborationProblem-solvingAdaptability

Required

3+ years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations
Experience using tools like Excel, dashboards, or other analytics platforms to spot patterns, analyze trends, and help improve workflows
At least a year of experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment
Experience working on cross-functional projects
Confident using Excel or Google Sheets—writing formulas, building pivot tables, and pulling insights from data

Preferred

Experience with SQL or automation tools like HubSpot
