They are seeking a driven Industrial Engineer to improve quality and operational efficiency, leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve quality issues by identifying root causes and collaborating on effective corrective action plans
Ensure product compliance with all company standards and specifications
Document corrective actions and track progress to completion
Enhance the Quality System in partnership with Operations and Quality Control teams
Monitor and report product issues to managers and customers as needed
Collect, analyze, and present critical quality data to support decision-making
Review and optimize manufacturing processes for accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with customer demand
Drive waste reduction initiatives across production and related processes
Qualification
Required
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing setting
Strong communication skills, including public speaking and presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred
Familiarity with Lean methodologies such as Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S preferred
Experience with AutoCAD and MATLAB a plus
