Vice President, Enrollment Management
New College of Florida is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead the institution's enrollment strategy and operations. The VPEM will oversee admissions, registrar, and financial aid offices, while collaborating with faculty and administration to enhance recruitment and retention of a diverse student body.

Responsibilities
Oversee the offices of Admissions, Admission Operations, Registrar, and Financial Aid
Lead the creation, articulation and implementation of a new era enrollment management strategy
Develop a detailed and comprehensive integrated enrollment and communications plan based on recruitment and retention goals of the college
Identify new populations of prospective students and develop new marketing strategies
Initiate, maintain, and refine data collection and analysis processes to advance the college’s strategic enrollment plan
Report to the president’s senior leadership team on key metrics related to the enrollment funnel
Collaborate with the office of communications and marketing on data and trend analysis
Work with academic divisions and other campus offices to strengthen recruiting and retention
Enhance customer services in all enrollment management areas
Remain current, interpret and comply with all federal, state, and institutional rules and regulations
Provide leadership on policies, procedures, and regulations relevant to enrollment management best practices
Oversee all hiring, training, supervision, professional development and evaluation of staff
Formulate, develop, and implement policies pertaining to recruiting and enrolling students
Ensure that all admissions and financial aid policies and processes are consistent with relevant federal and State of Florida policies
Direct staff in the development of successful marketing and recruiting campaigns
Promote cultural diversity by increasing the number of first-generation applicants and applicants from underrepresented populations
Establish and maintain liaisons with community, state, and national organizations and agencies
Represent New College to the higher education community and various agencies
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred)
Significant documented progressive experience in enrollment management operations and staff management
Successful experience in higher education enrolling and matriculating a diverse student population
Budgetary and personnel responsibilities
Strategic planning
Data collection/analysis and program development
Demonstrated experience with current best practices in enrollment management/admission processes
A record of visionary, collaborative, proactive, ethical, and dynamic leadership, resulting in meeting or exceeding enrollment targets
Substantial senior leadership experience demonstrating excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, management, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Maintain a forward-looking vision
Possess an unwavering commitment to superior customer service
Dedicated to developing a cohesive and resourceful team within the context of NCF's mission
Extensive knowledge of, and expertise with, student information systems and engagement technologies
Demonstrated experience in developing and utilizing that technology
