Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
Prepare orders and package items for shipment
Arrange transportation of goods
Track shipments and communicate with customers regarding delivery times
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements
Monitor quality control standards during production processes
Assist other departments when needed

Qualification

ERP systemsWarehouse experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteBilingual English/SpanishCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) repeatedly throughout the day
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc

Preferred

Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
Experience working with ERP systems and shipping/receiving is preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish speaker preferred but not required
