Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions leveraging Microsoft Entra ID
Integrate Entra ID with cloud platforms, hybrid environments, SaaS applications
Own end-to-end solution architecture documentation and implementation
Provide hands-on engineering support for IAM solutions
Implement identity security controls (MFA, SSO, RBAC, etc.)
Support regulatory, compliance, and audit initiatives
Secure AI applications, LLMs, and agent-based systems
Support development/enhancement of GRC offerings
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years IAM experience
Strong expertise with Microsoft Entra ID
Strong understanding of Microsoft ecosystem
Strong communication and leadership
Ability to translate complex identity concepts into clear recommendations
Preferred
Experience securing AI applications
Experience contributing to GRC practices
