Responsibilities
Assist with program management activities
Support creation of organization and program artifacts
Shadow team members
Observe agile ceremonies
Learn and apply automation using Power BI, SharePoint, AI/Copilot
Research opportunities to improve automation
Participate in weekly huddles
Support documentation and operational tasks
Qualification
Required
Curiosity and a desire to learn
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to follow direction and guidance
Familiarity with and interest in technology implementation for improve business outcomes/customer experience
Interest in Microsoft 365, Power BI, SharePoint and AI tools
Reliable transportation required for onsite work
Must meet State employment eligibility requirements and successfully complete a background check
