Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and report on vulnerabilities, findings, and incidents to ensure timely remediation or approved exceptions in line with Visa’s Key Controls

Learn and support adherence to security standards and frameworks (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, Visa’s GRC policies)

Partner with business and technology teams to embed security compliance into delivery workflows

Assist in maturing governance processes for access, entitlements, and risk management, identifying opportunities to reduce over-entitlement and stale access

Help maintain data accuracy and integrity in cybersecurity systems (e.g., CMDB, vulnerability management platforms)

Assist in creating and improving automation workflows, scripts, and dashboards using tools like Python, Power Automate, Tableau, Power BI, and ETL frameworks

Learn to integrate data analytics and AI concepts into compliance and risk processes to improve insight generation, decision-making, and efficiency

Help build data quality checks and anomaly detection mechanisms to identify and correct mismatches between systems

Assist in the development and enhancement of tooling solutions for proactive monitoring, alerting, and compliance tracking

Support basic API integrations and process digitization activities to streamline security operations and reporting

Contribute to improving security metrics dashboards to ensure they remain relevant and actionable

Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities for automation or simplification of compliance activities

Participate in cross-functional cybersecurity projects, sharing insights from both compliance and tooling perspectives

Stay curious about emerging technologies—AI, ML, cloud security—and explore how they can be applied in Assurance

Assist in preparing clear summaries of findings for technical, non-technical and executive stakeholders

Highly collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills, resourcefulness, and a results-driven mindset

Clear, concise, and professional communication skills in both written and verbal formats
