Responsibilities
Maintain, analyze, and identify discrepancies/opportunities using business intelligence tools (Power BI, Excel, and Global Reporting Databases)
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data within our client's CRM system
Manage the inbound receipt of physical sample buy purchases
Record data into Excel documents and internal databases
Photograph all new counterfeits and submit them to management
Qualification
Required
Must have a bachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or Data Analytics
Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage projects and take initiative
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Needs to be able to commute to Streetsboro, OH 5 days a week
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential legal information
