Responsibilities
Gathering and analyzing requirements for testing
Documenting processes and procedures
Attending Scrum meetings
Managing the ADO Board
Documenting Test Plan, Test Cases, and Defects in ADO
Collaborating with internal and external teams to complete tasks related to Security
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills to work effectively with Business stakeholders, Enterprise Technology Services, Other NFCU teams, and Vendors
Support deployment testing involving Fixes, Upgrades, Implementing new technology using Agile/hybrid methodologies
Preferred
Data Analysis and Mapping Testing and Validation
Testing and Validating Business/User Requirements, Functional requirements, and Non-Functional Requirements
Experience in Agile Transformation activities
Reporting and building Dashboards
Summarizing or providing recommendations
Managing and tracking Agile Boards
Experience with Cloud and Pega technology
